As part of the celebration of the Camillian Martyrs of Charity, CADIS Burkina Faso organized a weeklong activities.
On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, CADIS-BF conducted a blood donation campaign at the Saint Camille Hospital in Ouagadougou. The campaign enabled the organization to collect 44 bags of blood for the benefit of indigent patients.
On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, CADIS-BF made a visit to the "Wèndguèta" mental health center in Gnimdi, about thirty kilometers from the city of Ouagadougou, bringing some donations consisting of oil, rice, pasta, tomatoes, and soap. From Thursday 22 to Saturday May 24, CADIS-BF organized a triduum (prayer).
All these activities culminated in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist in commemoration of the Camillian Martyrs of Charity on Sunday, May 25 in the chapel of Saint Camillus Hospital in Ouagadougou. The Eucharist was presided over by the Provincial Vicar, Reverend Father Luc Zongo, and animated by the Camillian postulants from the Saint Camillus Boys' Juniorate together with the Camillian confreres, novices, and lay faithful members of Camillian-inspired associations.
