As part of the emergency project funded by the Tzu Chi Foundation, in July 2024 CADIS Kenya carried out the first food distribution activity in the Mathare slum, where a total of 140 selected families received assistance.
We collected the testimonies of the local population severely affected by the flood damage. A disaster never seen before that brought an entire country to its knees.
CADIS International and CADIS Kenya, thanks to the Tzu Chi Foundation, will continue distribution activities in the identified locations.
