Fr. Ignacio Santaolalla Saez, MI
President and Legal Representative
Born in Spain. He made his solemn profession as a Camillian in 1992. He obtained a degree in theology from the Pontifical University of Comillas (Madrid), a licentiate in Pastoral Health Theology at the "Camillianum" in Rome, a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and a master's degree in Management of Social Centers for the Elderly from the Pablo de Olavide University (Seville). Since 2014, he has been the general bursar and legal representative of the Order. Since 2016, he has been the president of the Camillian Disaster Service International Foundation (CADIS). Among the positions held in Spain: Administrator of the Center for the Humanization of Health; provincial councilor, Director of the San Camillus Residence for the Elderly in Seville, vice president of the foundation of the San Camillo Hospital in Sant Pere de Ribes. With his remarkable administrative background, he helps make CADIS innovative and faithful to its Vision and Mission.

P. Médard Aboue, MI
Vice President
Born in Togo. He joined the Order in 1995. He holds a license in Pastoral Health Theology from the Camillianum in Rome, a master's degree in Bioethics and Human Rights from the Faculty of Law at LUMSA in Rome (2010), and a doctorate in Theology from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome. He has held various administrative and pastoral positions in the Benin-Togo and Siculo-Napoletana Provinces. Since 2022, he has been a consultant for the Order of the Ministers of the Infirm Camillians. His active involvement in the ministry of the community will be a necessary impetus to encourage the mission of CADIS.

Fr. Pedro Celso Tramontin, MI
He was born in Brazil. He made his solemn profession in 1992 and was ordained a priest on September 28, 1996. He studied pastoral formation (CPE) at the Lakeland Aurora Medical Center in Elkhorn (Wisconsin), earned a degree in theology and a master's in Spirituality at the Gregorian University. He has held numerous positions in the Camillian province in Brazil and later in the United States, where in 2013 he became the provincial delegate. Since May 2022, he has been elected Superior General of the Order of the Ministers of the Sick (Camillians). His management experience in the United States will be of fundamental support for the activities of CADIS.

P. Baby Ellickal, MI
Born in India. In 1987, he joined the religious Order of the Ministers of the Sick. He trained by attending various courses in science, sociology, English literature, philosophy, theology, and clinical pastoral education. For over 25 years, he has served the Order in various roles, such as provincial, director, administrator of social and rehabilitation centers, coordinator of religious in various dioceses, social worker, professional consultant, lecturer at various universities, motivational speaker, retreat preacher, rector, superior, and novice master. Since 2022, he has been a consultant for the Order of the Ministers of the Sick Camillians. A life in service of the Order and of people, which will have positive effects in supporting CADIS interventions.

Fr. Paul Kaboré, MI
Born in Burkina Faso. In 1996 he joined the Order and studied philosophy at the Diocesan Major Seminary of Saints Peter and Paul. He attended the State School of Public Health (ENSP) in Ouagadougou and obtained a diploma as a professional nurse. He earned a master's degree in theology of consecrated life at the Claretianum Institute in Rome and a Diploma as a Nurse specialized in electro-radiological equipment at ENSP. For the Province of Burkina Faso, he served as Bursar in various communities, Trainer at the San Camillo Scholastic Seminary, Head Nurse and Coordinator of nurses, and Coordinator of care units and diagnostic techniques. Since 2022, he has been a consultant for the Order of the Ministers of the Sick Camillians. His decade-long experience in the social and medical field will surely have a fundamental impact on the work of CADIS.

P. Rodolfo Vincente Cancino, MI
Born in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and in Sacred Theology, and several master's degrees in education management, public health (with a doctorate), pastoral care, theology, and a course in clinical psychology. He is currently the provincial vicar of the Philippine Province of the Camillians, and holds multiple positions in the healthcare field as secretary, consultant, and director of various centers. Since 2013, he has been Director of CTF Philippines. By strategically cultivating partnerships, he has been able to design and manage the ambitious goal of leading seven regional networks of organizations. His commitment includes research and training initiatives covering the entire country on human rights, violence, health, and pastoral care for the sick and vulnerable.

P. Francis Munene, MI

Born in Kenya. He attended a Master's in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi. He has a degree in Philosophy and in Theology. He has a diploma in Project Management and has worked with CADIS KENYA on various projects in Kenya. He has held various leadership positions as a local community animator and administrator. He currently serves on the Provincial Delegation Council of the Camillians of Kenya as Delegation Vicar, in the Development Office, First Counselor in charge of ministry, and also Chief Coordinator of CADIS KENYA. His commitment and passion for the most vulnerable in society, together with his drive to be present among the poor and suffering, make him even more passionate about CADIS.
Sr. Liberty Jaraula Elarmo, SMI
She was born in the Philippines. She joined the religious congregation of the Sisters Ministers of the Sick of St. Camillus in 1986. In addition to having a degree in Mathematical Sciences, she obtained two master's degrees in Family Life and Child Development and in Special Education in Manila. She has extensive knowledge and experience in child development education, having been the director of the Maria Domenica Development Center since 1994. She is a trainer of religious members and the delegated superior of the Philippines. Since 2022, she has been elected Vicar General of the Sisters Ministers of the Sick of St. Camillus. Her passion for working with children and less privileged families will be a great driving force for CADIS.

Sr. Haida Echevarria Schmidt, FSI
Born in Peru. She holds a master's degree in religious sciences from the Pontifical Lateran University, a degree in nursing, a specialization diploma in nursing services management, a language course at Sapienza University, a degree in health sciences, and finally, a master's in bioethics and law. She has been a teacher of spiritual human formation in Chile, is an auxiliary lecturer at the "Padre Luigi Tezza" nursing school, and secretary and general counselor of the Order of the Daughters of St. Camillus. In 2009, she participated in the emergency response to the earthquake in Chile with the Camillian Task Force (CTF). Her entire educational and professional background and her willingness to serve CADIS will be a valuable asset to the Foundation.

Dr. Consuelo Santamaria Repiso
Born in Spain. Graduated in pedagogy from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, she holds a PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences, a Master's in Counselling, and a Master's in Humanization of Social Intervention obtained at the Centro de Humanización in Madrid. She specializes in grief support, counseling, child development, and peer mediation. She has taught psychopedagogy in primary, secondary, and university education. She is co-author of the CADIS book “Manual of Community-Based Psychosocial Support for People Affected by Disasters” (2019). She is currently a lecturer at the Centro de Humanización in Madrid, in collaboration with the Ramón LLull University of Barcelona, and at the University of Lisbon. She is an active, enthusiastic person who wants to live what she believes in. An asset for CADIS thanks to her extreme empathy and professionalism.
