CADIS International supports the initiative of Antonianum University for a training course on Humanitarian Care for Faith-Based Organizations. The course intends to develop an integrated strategy encompassing the proper research level, the educational and training level as well as the level of the impact on the society, to the aim of creating a new culture of humanitarian intervention and disaster management for faith-based organizations. The project will be pursued with the perspective of a Pontifical University rooted in the Franciscan world-view and spirituality, with a genuine spirit of service to the “wounded humanity”. This implies an in-depth commitment to the “real world” besides the academia.
